In addition to drink specialties that meld perfectly with the beach breezes, there is a full selection of wine, champagne and specialty blended cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis creates its own signature Bloody Mary — a variation on the original St. Regis recipe dating back to 1934. Our version is the Bal Harbour Bloody Sunrise with spices and delicious tropical mix representative of the destination.
